Webtelligence Integration to Technisoft Service Manager

Service Manager users know that it provides its own set of documents including Sale and Job documents. Customers will use those documents instead of the native Sage documents, like Orders in Sage Order Entry, for example.  When a Webtelligence order is placed online by a customer of a Service Manager user, the order is sent to Service Manager as either a Sale or a Job document rather than going to Sage Order Entry.

Typically Webtelligence will create an Order in Sage 300. For Service Manager users that meant sales reporting would have to come from two different sources, Sage 300 and Service Manager, making it more complex and frankly, a bit of a pain.

Not anymore.

Webtelligence provides a direct integration to Service Manager. That means Service Manager users can now offer a web store where their customers create either a Sale or Job document directly into Service Manager and you have a single source for comprehensive reporting.
