As a Sage Marketplace partner, North49’s Customer Portal seamlessly integrates with Sage 300cloud providing self-serve account access to Sage 300cloud users’ customers.

The North49 Customer Portal delivers the self-serve capabilities that customers are increasingly demanding from their vendors and organizations they engage with.

With the Customer Portal customers can:

- Review and reprint invoices, orders, or any other document from their account
- Pay their accounts online when it’s convenient for them
- Place orders online with a web-based Order Entry form
- Manage their accounts from anywhere, on any device, any time of day or night

Merchants will:

- Improve cash flow by making it easy for customers to pay
- Reduce outstanding receivables
- Be able to provide a Click-to-Pay link on emailed invoices for quick & easy payment
- Use their preferred credit card/payment processor 
    - The Customer Portal supports all major credit card processors
    - Accept credit card or ACH payments (if your processor supports it)
- Minimize staff workload by eliminating: 
    - Calls for invoice reprints
    - Queries about order status
    - Manual payment processing
    - Other low value customer interactions
- Exceed customers’ expectations for self-service
